I feel common people discuss more politics than politicians what's your take ?

I have seen in India if you are politically neutral you are against the ruling party. I have seen two mostly used trucks in India first in Religion and second is blame it on people who are not currently alive like Gandhi, Nehru, Savarkar etc. I was like no one is perfect we have to just take their good qualities and I was amazed when inspike that road is full of potholes the discussion went like it's Nehrus fault. On other account they say that out Rishis were very talented which I agree and respect but that also is in past what are you doing now ?
