Can't get my Arctis Nova 7 headset to connect to my computer

I bought these (Arctis Nova 7) awhile back and didn't like how they felt on my head, so I just stuck them in a closet to use as backup in case the new ones (Arctis 7+) broke. Now that they did break, I am trying to connect the Nova, but I cannot get it to work. In the information book that came with the headset it says that the wireless dongle should have a pairing button on it but mine doesn't. As far as I can tell on the SteelSeries app it's still connected to the old headset even though they're long gone. I have tried for hours to figure it out and still can't get it. If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated. And yes, I have tried to factory reset it many times.
