When your supports say "someone's on cart stalling" turn around & help?!!!!!!!

2 winnable lost today due to cart being stalled by venom iron fist & cap and team don't turn around or acknowledge call outs, like why do tanks & especially dps be so tunnel vision I don't get y'all thought process.
