Perfomance doubts high end.

Hello everyone, I want some help since I have seen some videos that shows different results.

My specs are 5080 OC, 9800 X3D, 32gb 6000Mhz.

I play at 4K, and if I put everything at full quality Ludicrous I cannot reach more than 90 fps and 60fps in open maps. If I want to reach 165FPS I have to deactivate SSO and VFOG. I never turn on DLSS because I shouldnt need it.

I have seen a few videos of PC's with lower specs reaching even higher fps than me, so I dont understand what is causing this issue. In launcher I have tried D11 AND D12 doesnt change abit my fps. and Both with High perfomance. Hell even trying with DLSS max FPS is 240...

I tho maybe the game was using my CPU as GPU instead of the Nvidia card but is not the case since HWINFO shows that the GPU is at 100% usage.

Any ideas what could it be?
