Red jelly like substance in stool, abdominal pain

So for a few weeks now I been experiencing some pain in my lower stomach/ abdomen that can sometimes go up to just below my chest / rib area. I went to the hospital and got a pelvic abdomen CT done and there were no findings or resolutions to why I been experiencing these pains and issues. Fast forward to recent I been having some red like jelly substance mixed in my stool it’s bright red and almost looks like tomato’s so I’m not sure if it’s blood. I do have hemorrhoids but I’m not sure if that has anything to do with my issues. I’ll have a burning sensation when drinking alcohol in my stomach but the pains are off and on, I do have pictures of the stool but I’m not sure if I can direct post them here, I do have an appointment with a Gastroenterologist this Friday but just wanted to see if anyone has had the same issues or something. I’m a 22 year old male thanks.
