What parts do you recommend?

Hi! I first built my pc back in 2019 and was thinking of getting an upgrade after it started malfunctioning but for my motherboard I have chosen to get the asus b850m ayw as well as a 7800x3 but was just curious as to what mid end relatively cheaper ram to get around the 320-350 range, thanks.
