Wired incident near Snamavu Forest Reserve on Krishnagiri–Hosur highway – anyone else faced this?

Just wanted to check if anyone else has experienced something similar on the Krishnagiri to Hosur highway, near the Snamavu Forest Reserve side.

My friend was travelling by car on this route when two guys on a bike suddenly came very close to the car and tried to make them stop. When they didn’t stop, one of the bikers pulled out a rod and hit the car’s side mirror, breaking it, and then they just sped off.

There was no prior argument, no honking or anything – it felt completely random and pretty scary. Has anyone seen or experienced this kind of thing on this stretch recently, especially around the forest area?
