Is it just me or is Reddit just a whole bunch of hogwash?

I’ve been on read at seven months because I don’t have more than 10 votes of votes or more than 10 comments on each of my posts I’m considered having negative Karma!? so now I can’t post anything in any groups asking for help that’s really shitty mostly this is a complete waste…
