[TOMT][COMMERCIAL][2000s] Old McDonalds Commercial

Sometime in the early to mid 2000s I remember seeing an old McDonalds commercial. The content of the commercial, from what I remember, was a girl outside on a grey and stormy day and Ronald McDonald comes over and the sky clears up and a rainbow comes out. I think there might have been a butterfly that flew across the screen with which the entire scene gained color. The song I remember in the background was a woman singing "All I really need, oh, is a sm-i-i-le." Could be on PBS Kids, Cartoon Network, or Disney, but most likely on PBS.
