Princess of Normas: A good leader looks after his people

Joy got out of the simulator and walked toward Daisuke. He turned to see her and immediately noticed Joy's flight suit was old and torn in multiple places.

"What happened to your flight suit?" Daisuke asked

"Battle. What do you think happened." Joy said

"Did you ever think about getting a new one or maybe fixing your old one?"

"Don't got the cash I'm broke as hell. Not to mention I'm still paying off all the days i was put in solitary."

Daisuke reached into his pocket and pulled out a few stacks of cash.

"Here. This should be enough to get you a new flight suit. If it's not enough just tell my mom to put the rest on my tab."

Joy face gave a face of disgust. "I don't need your pitty! I can handle things my self." Joy turned to walk away, but she triped as she turned and fell on the floor.

Daisuke smiled and chuckled a little. "Well the pride comes before the fall". He said.

Joy stands up and crosses her arms. She turns away from him, so he wouldn't sees she was crying a little. Daisuke came behind her and patted her on the head. Joy was confused with what he was doing.

"There, there Joy. No need to get upset. Daisuke said.

Joy was always so prideful when it came to asking for help. Like back in Arzenal's school she never asked for help with her home work and ended up getting bad grades because she didn't ask for help for the ones she had trouble with. Joy always felt like she had to do it herself. She was vary independent and vary sensitive. Joy would always get into fights about anything especially if someone would make fun of her. One time Hilda called her stupid for not solving a math problem and Joy went full ape shit on her ass. But as quick of a temper she had she always be just as quick to say she was sorry.

"Whatever." Joy said. She sniffed her nose and wiped her tears.

"This isn't pitty. I just want to make sure you okay and I want everyone at there best when the alarm goes off." Daisuke handed her the stacks of cash and this time she accepted it.

"I'll pay you back." Joy said.

"Nonsense. Your my friend and i look after every one of my friends. You don't need to pay me back a cent. Just kill dragons and don't die and we're square"

Joy and Daisuke than walked off to get showered and changed.
