Feed to sleep

My 13 month old still feeds to sleep every night. And nap, unless he is in the car or stroller for a walk.

But lately he nurses for 2 hours on and off at night.

Everyone told me he would wean but I see no end in sight.

Usually wakes around 730am ish naps are different everyday, but still has two a day usually. Bath, reading and start nursing always starts 730pm

Someone please tell me how you did it?? How do I transition from here?
