what exactly is the great meme reset?

ive seen this subreddit for a while now so here goes

im pretty interested in joining, im getting my 3ds fixed and hopefully that helps out, since i saw something about not having airpods and not using ur phone to listen to music, and its possible for the 3ds to do that

im also doing some arts and crafts. why? no fucking clue

is it like a way to get memes back to ones from 10 years ago (cheems, YAAI, etc.) :D
