Wanting to go back to work, but need help and advice!

Hi! My Bub is 5 months old. I’m starting to think about going back to work for 4 hours few days a week to start with. I have been breast feeding straight from the tap and have never introduced a bottle. I have a pump and bottles and was suppose to start introducing them from 6-8 weeks but I never got around to it!

When do I pump so that there can be a bottle in the fridge for my mother in law who will watch her? If I pump before work will the four hours at work without feeding/pumping effect my supply?

Has anyone given their baby a bottle for the first time at 5 months and did they take to it?

Also any encouragement is appreciative as I am so worried to leave my baby for so long. Will she miss me.. will she be ok.. eventually I will be away all day but I can’t even begin to imagine that yet. How do you working mamas do it! Any advice welcomed thank you ❤️
