Can anyone tell me what these numbers mean?

Ok I posted awhile back about wanting to get a new acrylic handle for my apartment bathroom sink. Its a Moen Teardrop shapped acrylic pull and twist knob. I had ordered one off amazon a bit ago, but just had time to try to replace it. However I think the one I got is for a shower handle and not a sink.

The back side of the replacment teardrop handle is bigger, and has a larger back side opening along with a longer screw. The old teardrop knob has a U shapped back end to turn to hot or cold, the new larger one just has two small things on one side. However the replacment I tried had the same size front diamond cover where it says "H" and "C". Even if the knob was twice the size.

I think its a Moen Chateau polished chrome sink kit from 2002. However anyone I see of that has the teardrop knob pointing down... mine was point up. I want to get the right handle replacment if its not too much. And maybe the right replacment cartridge for it. Since its over 20 years old and that might go someday as well.

3/5 and 14113. But I do not see any of those listed in the moen parts or at home depot. I do not want to have to buy them to see what size they are. Can anyone figure out the modem part number?
