undervolting my laptop?
so i have a Predator helios neo 16, intel i9-14900HX, 32.0 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070.
When i first got this laptop i wanted to see how much it wil preform in a game, and it was kinda a terrible experince, i was getting 109 C on my cpu and it was way to loud. So i did what a responsible person would do, i shut down my laptop and tried to find ways to optimze it. So i focused mostly on getting the lowest temps, and i played with some settings and downloaded Throttlestop to get the lowest temps, and it worked, now i get 70 - 85, and rarely spike to the 90s. i was still happy but not satisfied as i mostly play LoL and some minor games like risk of rain or terraria split screen with mods.
So i was thinking of undervolting my laptop bc i dont need that much preformens that my laptop provides plus i want it to last a long time with me and get the lowest temps, like around 50 - 70 max. I want to be able to play without checking my temps 24/7 bc im scared that my laptop will overheat or somthing would go wrong.
And if your wounder why my my game library is so small, is bc im scared to try out games that will make my laptop overheat, and i dont want to have that fear anymore. I play mostly around 240 fps, but i got no problem, and i want to play around 120 fps as i do on my ps5.
So i was woudnerign if somone would help me with undervolting or giving me ideas on how i can reach my dream and goals
(kinda new to reddit idk if im suppose to type for this long, im a talky person)
