I used to be a King of the Monsters hater.

I watched the movie when it first came out, and I was not a fan. I felt it strayed a lot from the more grounded story Godzilla 2014 told, which I loved, and some of the dialog was too cheezy. Well I gave it a rematch tonight, and my opinion is completely different. Gorgeous visuals, epic moments, great characterization of all of the monsters. I still have my original criticisms, but I have grown more to love it. Much better to enjoy than to hate something.
