My dad passed today

We found out a year ago this week a chest CT showed suspicious spots. Got diagnosed in Jan 2025 with stage 4 prostate cancer with Mets to liver, lungs, spine, and enlarged lymph nodes.

Ended up in hospital in Feb 2025 told to go home on hospice with expected time frame from 2 weeks to 2 months. I’ve spent all of 2025 as his caretaker will still working from home part time.
