What facial surgeries would you recommend to Ed Sheeran?

Alright this sounds really out of left field but hear me out. People claim I look like him (which yeah I know is another way of saying ugly but lets not reinvent the wheel here) and I have my sets on getting surgery to remedy it. However it will be a while and I don't wanna upload pics yet because I'd rather reduce my digital footprint if I can help it?

So if you could get a buncha arrangements to make him good looking, what would the basics be?
