Sunken cost fallacy

I sent a request and it was rejected due to missing info (charged 20$) (this got refunded)
sent a new one with correct info (20$)
they approved it but with requirements (25$) so 5$
they sent another request another (25$)

is it normal to keep getting charged like this, will I get this money back? I just feel defeated and want to give up. I also didn't expect the site to just keep charging me money like this with every request it cost me money why?! and why didn't they just put both the requests together and not separate so I don't keep getting charged. What do I do?! someone please tell me I will get my money back and it will be okay I'm just upset.
