How can I rescue this cat

A cat just came into my house today randomly the car is not aggressive. it’s calm and following me since morning cause I gave him bread to eat but his front leg looks like broke by accident or so I live in India Rajasthan in an urban village . I don’t know if any veteran doctors are present here or not and if any one know any rescue team or so can dm and what can I do if there is none here as a rescue I just want to help this cat
