Rudsak dita down puffer for canada weather

Hello, I recently purchased a rudsak jacket. (Rudsak dita quilted down puffer jacket) However, I am having second thoughts since it says there it is for -15 weather.

I live in toronto but I want a really warm jacket that doesn’t need any layering inside. Just the jacket will do.

Do you think this will be a good jacket?
