welp got my umpteenth clog today

I clog so often that now I catch them super early, immediately start popping ibuprofen like candy, and have bags if ice shoved in my bra all day everyday. It’s happening like every 2-3 weeks now. Guess this is just my now life lol. Sigh. Just thankful I haven’t had mastitis yet.
