Seed suggestions for a day and night time?

I'm an novice grower. Currently growing indoor.

Wondering if anyone had suggestions that can check the boxes of an easy grow, good yield, little known herms, and can handle stress or topping.

I was looking to maybe buy two types of seeds, one for more night time sedating and a more clear headed strain.
