Who do I see?

I haven’t been diagnosed with TMJ, but pretty sure I have it. All on left side, jaw pops when opening mouth, clench teeth at night, huge overbite. I’m at the point where I need to see someone for this due to pain that feels like sinus pressure on face that goes to jaw, and back of ear. I also suffer from migraines. Where’s my first stop? Tylenol and ibuprofen don’t work much at this point, and I have no night guard for clenching at night..
