Does mini evelyn bag have short shoulder strap?

I've seen many people with the smallest evelyn bag size carry it on their shoulder with the short leather (not canvas or twilly) shoulder strap but couldn't find it online when searching. Those who know, do we have to buy it separately or was it a discontinued style evelyn bag and now only come in long strap? Thanks so much!
