Can you get evaluated for autism without having it on any records? Undocumented autism?

I’m curious if I have it, but I don’t want to have it documented (in any way). Don’t wanna get into why since it’s irrelevant; just curious if it’s a possibly. I basically want to be self diagnosed but secretly have had a profession evaluation. Is this a thing?
