youtube videos stopped publishing to subscriber's feeds

My wife started a youtube channel and Im one of her subscribers. I would get her videos in my feed constantly. However she accidentally disabled a setting to stop that temporarily:

Publish to subscriptions feed and notify subscribers

But once she enabled it again her videos are still not showing up, including brand new video releases and her subscriber activity plummeted as well indicating other subscribers are no longer getting her videos pushed to their feed as well. Any idea what is going on here? Thanks
