Do I need to pay VAT or customs tax in Nepal for a headphone I ordered?

Hi everyone, I ordered a headphone online from Hong Kong and I’m confused about whether I’ll need to pay VAT or customs tax in Nepal when it arrives.

Order details: Item: Headphone Original price: around NPR 13,000 Discounted price I paid: around NPR 75 Shipping cost: around NPR 1,500 Total paid: around NPR 1,700 Quantity: 1 (personal use) Order already fully paid (item + shipping)

My question: Will I need to pay 13% VAT or any customs duty on delivery, or are low-value personal items like this usually delivered without extra charges?
