What I would change in Naruto

Only changes are mention in here. For the rest .. let your imagination take place (Mostly lol)

🟢Changes in First season:

Volume 1:

1. Naruto - doest learns and masters the Shadow Clone Jutsu in first episode, he just reads secrets about it and he got nothing but time to polish it, practice it along the way.
2. Iruka sensei - injured by Mizuki (big suriken in he’s spine. And delivers his compassion and foundation of Naruto's belief in himself and others. And fades.
3. Naruto - seeing first real connection with Iruka being threatened, unleashing the Nine-Tails Chakra in a catastrophic rampage destroying Mizuki , similarly how he got angry when him and Sasuke fought Haku
4. Iruka - wakes up later in the hospital crippled. Learns that Naruto saves his life, leading him to choose compassion over vengeance, breaking the cycle of hatred that consumed many in the ninja world. This act was arguably the first true instance of genuine care Naruto ever received from a villager and it fundamentally changed Naruto's path, preventing him from becoming a sociopath like Gaara. Soon after he gave away his bandana to Naruto (who would have walked through such a damage to the back bone? Come on)

Zabuza ark:

1. Naruto - changed his initial fighting style, which heavily relied on overwhelming opponents with numbers and unpredictable tactics in the show, he’s still got it here but is developed by only up to 10 clones at a time. He been forced to master basic ninja skills (taijutsu) earlier to compensate for his lack of signature techniques . That would also explain why they put him with someone like Sasuke, who got those tings down early in his childhood. (That would be more interesting to see Naruto practicing… be it in ninja parkour skills or in one on one combat)

Exam ark:

1. Naruto - (by this time he can use shadow clones fine relax) This pivotal moment not only showcases his potential but also allows him to pass the Ninja Academy graduation exam.
2. Rock lee - remained crippled after the Gaara fight, leading to Might Guy taking a darker, more central role, and forcing Lee into a supporting role as a disabled shinobi, forever the student who pushed too hard, rather than the recovering prodigy. We as human much more fragile then we think.
3. Hinata - almost loosing sight after Neji fight due to acupuncture pressure points damage. Thats devastating Naruto emotionally (as she's his main supporter)
4. Neji - After his defeat by Naruto, Neji accepts his destiny and recommits to his role as Hinata's guardian, taking journey to a dangerous valley to find the "Eye Medicine Plant" to heal Hinata's vision, showing deep concern despite his usual cold demeano seeing it as a noble purpose rather than a cursed duty. (There’s actually a episode similar to this)

Sasuke leaving:

1. Choji - wins but dies in a fight with sound ninja due to burning out with those Three Colored Pills
2. Neji - wins but dies in a fight with sound ninja due the blood loss (dude got a hole in he’s chest so yeah)
3. Gaara - comes to help Naruto in time Instead of Lee because. You know what happened to Lee earlier. Gaara almost loses but Kimimaru out of time and sickens gets to him (like in the show)
4. Shikamaru - is quits taking Jonin missions after failing the Sasuke rescue and losing of his best friend make him more serious, even darker (here he still too young to smoke…so I guess he’s chewing gum instead)
5. Hinata - understand that Neji willingly gave his life for Naruto friend became a powerful source of motivation. His sacrifice reinforced her own determination to fight for what she believed in and to always move forward, directly influencing her emotional development and resolve during the grief and beyond. The memory of his selflessness became a guiding light for her, solidifying her resolve and bringing the Hyuga branch and main families closer together.
6. Naruto - waking up at the hospital. He’s resolve to bring Sasuke back is been tested. The death of friends in the pursuit of Sasuke created moral conflicts, making it harder for him to justify his continuous chase for a friend who caused such a loss.
7. Sasuke - doesn’t care about the deaths of his former comrades even tho is a direct consequence of his decision to leave the village, making him seem irredeemable. This way it’s more baddass making Sasuke's defection far more serious.

🟢Changes in Second season:

Gaara ark:

1. Sakura - stayed in the Sand village treating Kankuro using her precise chakra control to identify Sasori's heavy metal poison affecting he’s muscles and draw it out, a feat even Chiyo struggled with. Later supplying Ten Ten with the antidote.
2. Tsunade - send Team Guy (Might Guy, Tenten) to support the rescue of Gaara
3. Five seal Barrier- The location where the Akatsuki extracted Shukaku from Gaara was just a natural cave, not a hidden Akatsuki lair. The entrance was still sealed by a Five Seal Barrier someone had to go break this seal and Guy sensei took a lead on insuring everyone that he can do it. Just need help with finding it location
4. Kakashi - summons a pack of dogs, to find hidden seals with their enhanced sense of smell. This ninja dogs are unique in their ability to speak human language, walk on water, and formulate combat strategies. They are also dangerous in combat and here they are able to put it to the test.  
5. Ten ten - helped Ganma Chiyo defeat Sasori instead of Sakura, in a brutal, high-stakes fight where Ten Ten's speed and diverse arsenal of ninja weapons combined with Chiyo's deep knowledge (even as a younger ninja) made the difference, with Sasori ultimately choosing to lose due to his desire for a meaningful death against his grandmother. While Chiyo and Ten Ten won they both are on the edge.
6. Sasori - true power with his 100 puppets and ability to transfer his core meant he was only defeated because he let them win by transferring into his weakest puppet, allowing Chiyo to use he’s parents puppets for the final sealing strike. (No changes really… I just always wanted to give Ten Ten a time to shine) 

Shikamaru’s battle:

1. Shikamaru - was battling either to quit being a ninja entirely, because now he is more complex and burdened by guilt. His father's encouragement after Choji death helped him continue as a shinobi. Hearing about his master’s death, he make a clear decision to seek revenge. Secretly forming a small team, gets victory over the Akatsuki members Hidan and Kakuzu through an elaborate, multi-stage strategy that relied on meticulous planning, understanding his opponents' unique abilities and weaknesses, and the coordinated efforts of his team and allies. (Kind of like in the show)

Ronin Sasuke:

1. Sasuke - beats Orochimaru for good. Loosing his primary cursed mark. Obtaining Orochimaru's Akatsuki-related threats and knowledge.
2. Itachi - He’s superior experience dominating, even with him holding back due to illness in a fight. He quickly learning that Sasuke missing crucial power boosts which leaving him reliant solely on his natural Uchiha abilities. Itachi controlled the fight and could defeat him at any moment, as shown by his ability to counter even Sasuke's best efforts. Itachi was always holding back and wanted Sasuke to win to fulfill his mission. So he lets him win.(same in the show, just I wanted to remind you guys)
3. Sasuke - With his perception flipped, now hated the entire village for manipulating Itachi and vowed to destroy Konoha, though perhaps lacking the overwhelming power to achieve it. Joins the Akatsuki

Pain ark:

1. Hidden leave - people Pain killed stay deceased. Yes that’s includes Hinata (In this rewriting he couldn’t reverse the damage caused. Nagato can’t bring dead to live.)
2. Choji - is still dead. Konoha full of all kind of ninja so…. Someone else delivering crucial intelligence about Pain's abilities back to Konoha leaders it’s ok.
3. Kakashi - Kakashi didn’t die fighting Pain, he made it look like he did to trick his opponent. He was just temporary unconscious using the last of his chakra to protect himself from the Nail throwing at his head. So we don’t need to revive him with a miracle (he’s ok)

Kage meeting:

1. Karin - attacked by Sasuke in a fit of rage after she revealed she'd been tracking him and helping the Leaf Village. She was vital healing and sensory support for Team Taka losing her leaving Sasuke more vulnerable. 
2. Akatsuki Sasuke - Karin was a powerful sensory type. She used her Mind's Eye of the Kagura to track Killer Bee's location, which was vital when he tried to escape by faking his capture and leaving a tentacle clone. Without her unique sensory perception, Sasuke would have lost track of Bee and fallen for his trick. But not to completely failing the mission. They spread out to rise their chances finding Killer Bee and Sasuke finds him.
3. Suigetsu and Jugo - were on their own paths to find killer Bee when they heard a loud noise coming from Sasuke fighting. By the time they got there Sasuke on the edge of Dying and they escape before it’s escalates
4. Sasuke - Jugo heals Sasuke by infusing his own flesh and life force into his wounds saving him. Then Madara replacing Sasuke damaged body parts with Hashirama's cells and giving him a new lease on life
5. Obito - died as a kid (crushed by a big rock) Madara potentially using Black Zetsu to impersonate him and pretended to be Masked Obito we see in the show unleashed the Nine-Tails attack and doing all “good” stuff
6. Madara - plan for the Infinite Tsukuyomi drastically changed Without Obito, Madara's grand "Eye of the Moon" plan would've faced major delays and required him to find a new pawn. Uchiha Sasuke will help him to enact the Eye of the Moon Plan (Mugen Tsukuyomi). So Madara grooming him all while manipulating him. Madara exploited Sasuke despair after everything he’s been through to break his spirit and turn him into a tool for his grand vision. 

War ark:

1. Zetsu - abilities could potentially be adapted for brainwashing. He already uses spores for parasitic purposes, so a variation could involve infecting the target's chakra network or nervous system, allowing him to control their minds or turn them into mindless drones. Instead of needing to cultivate and train his own clones, Zetsu could quickly "turn" existing populations. This would be a more rapid and covert method of army-building, leveraging an existing infrastructure of human hosts. A "zombie" army would have a devastating psychological effect on the Allied Shinobi Forces too. Having to fight and potentially kill former friends, family, and villagers would create significant moral and emotional trauma, far more than fighting an army of generic, chakra-less clones.
2. Kabuto - Removed the risk of people breaking free from he’s World Reincarnation technique. Having an almost unbeatable force. More characters must die because only couple of main people dying in the war is ridiculous
3. Madara - iconic fight against the Five Kage begins where he appears and demonstrates overwhelming power, the battle truly unfolds and escalates, as the Kage struggle against his abilities. Madara kills the Five Kage brutally beat them into death.
4. Kage - they don’t survived because Tsunade's immense healing abilities been used up ever since Pain attack on Hidden leaf (even with help from Katsuyu) Tsunade - healing everyone till her last breath and dying

Sasuke redemption :

1. Resurrected Itachi - were able to break free from Kabuto's control, which was a critical turning point in the war. Itachi used Shisui Uchiha's Kotoamatsukami genjutsu little too late but he stops Kabuto for good and later frees him self and other dead people back to the underworld
2. Sasuke - learning Itachi bore immense hatred and pain to protect him and the village, not as a villain but as a martyr who chose an impossible path for peace. Sasuke learns that he’s been manipulated by Madara all along
3. Sasuke - in the fight with Naruto feel a complex mix of loss, relief, and the beginnings of peace as he finally moves toward forgiving Itachi and letting go of his obsessive quest for vengeance. He realizes that killing Naruto or destroying Kanoha will not erase his pain or the trauma he experienced, not will it bring he’s parents back and Madaras plan is nothing but illusion of so called peace. Leading him to sacrifice himself to help Naruto save the world from the true threat of Madara, acknowledging his irredeemable state but choosing to atone. 
4. Madara - could fully revive himself using Sasukes body with Rinne Rebirth jutsu and gain his original power, breaking free from the Edo Tensei, and even worse, enact to Infinite Tsukuyomi. And he’s fully confident because by repairing Sasuke damaged body with Hashirama's cells he also placed one important thing. A curse seal in his heart to ensure obedience and prevent betrayal.
5. Sasuke - Understood he was beyond simple redemption but felt a responsibility to help correct the wrongs he set in motion. Which deeply changed Sasuke and embrace a new dream, to help and unite the world, a twisted but noble goal. He’s urging Naruto to achieve his dream of becoming Hokage, fulfilling a final wish for a better world. Uses his Mangekyo Sharingan one last time to create inextinguishable black flames that could burn through anything, effectively destroying one of the things Madaras he knows use, himself. The Uchiha clan's direct lineage is cease

War ark part 2:

1. Sakura - by using her advanced medical ninjutsu, specifically the Delicate Illness Extraction Technique , to purge the toxin from infected peoples body’s and create a localized antidote, a feat even the experienced Medics couldn't fully manage, showcasing her immense growth as a medic under Lady Tsunade. She diagnosed the fungus attacking chakra network alone with nervous system, extracted the fungus into a solution, and synthesized an antidote from available herbs, stabilizing people Zetsu ones had control over. Later forming a team defeating White Zetsu.
2. Guy sensei - opened the Eighth Gate of Death, a technique that grants immense power but costs the user's life, in remembering of Lee to give his friends a chance and stop Madara's rampage after loosing Sasuke. In result Madara declared Guy the strongest Taijutsu user ever, acknowledging his incredible feat before Guy turned to ash.
3. Note - Black Zetsu betrayal that effectively killed Madara as part of a long-running plan to revive Kaguya Ōtsutsuki All that god nonsense didn’t happen. (I personally don’t like that Naruto complicated everything with Power Rangers like battles) (I also like the fact of Madara been the main villain)
4. Black Zetsu - As Kaguya's stuff doesn’t exist in this rewriting. Black Zetsu attempted to flee. Loosing his half and seeing that Madaras plan going south. Maybe vowing to wait for another opportunity to do something bad instead on other day. However, gets spotted at the escape attempt, hurled into the sealing sphere. 

Madara vs Naruto

1. Naruto - allowing his body to act as the "meeting ground" with Madara. He’s reaching new state Six Paths Sage Mode believing that with his heightened abilities and cunning, a prolonged battle could still end with Naruto sealing him, potentially at great cost.
2. Madara - fighting in some what equal to Naruto with Six Paths Sage Mode because it gives Naruto a massive boost in speed, strength, and sensory abilities, allowing him to react to and counter Madara's formidable techniques, such as his Limbo clones. But Madara is strong.
3. Kurama - after a long fight sees the opening . He’s coming up with a plan before it’s too late. Sacrificing himself using the powerful Mode to help Naruto defeat Madara , a decision where Kurama willingly used his life force to power the technique, ensuring Naruto's survival but ending his own existence. His death is a significant, seemingly permanent loss, as Naruto would lose access to the Nine-Tailed Fox's immense chakra and abilities
4. Naruto - after a long discussion he unleashed his ultimate attacks with Kurama resulting in a massive explosion that cost Naruto his arm and of course…he’s friend. Kurama's death give Naruto a mix of profound sadness, immense loss, and the heavy burden of responsibility, initially showing raw emotion and tears. leaving a massive void after decades together. 

After some time:

1. Naruto wakes up and sees that he achieves his ultimate goal and becomes the seventh Hokage. Through understanding and compassion, Naruto helps usher in an era of peace in the Shinobi world, changing the old, divisive system
2. Naruto - is hurt but he has lovely wife (maybe Sakura… because I did not kill her somehow). Healing him to sustain him . He is grieving because he could not protect his friends in the war. He won but in what cost. It took a lot of time for him, shifting to acceptance and determination to move forward, acknowledging deep bond and many people sacrifice for the village, for the world. 
3. Naruto - have the birth of his son, Boruto, who helped heal his deep emotional wounds from the war. And soon after a daughter, known for her sweet nature but also her surprising strength when angered Himawari. Holding his children made him realize he had so much to live for, releasing him from the mental prison of his past.
4. Naruto - realized happiness wasn't automatic but a choice, a powerful lesson from his survival. He dedicated his life to sharing his experiences and promoting kindness to prevent future hatred.
