Anyone else have this issue ?

I had 2 diffrent orders:

1st order the black friday tee I ordered (2) Xl shirts

2nd order the cyber monday deal I ordered (2) Small shirts

1st order i sent to my office thinking it would get to me before xmas which didn't happen. No problem it delivered to my office this last Saturday. I told my assistant toss it into my desk drawer this morning (monday). Im on vacation ill get it when i come back.

2nd order

Delivered at my house just now. I opened it up and only 1 shirt was delivered when I ordered 2. I sent a email to customer service.

(1st order update) I called my assistant had him open the first order from black friday and again only 1 shirt. I sent a email to customer service...

my question is is this something that happens often woth this brand? If so will they make it right or is it not worth my time to complain ?
