IRS letter because of a misspelling

Someone kept spelling Kevin's name wrong (Kelvin and then Kelin) and we got a letter from the IRS issuing a EIN number for KELIN last name Trust. We put the house into is KEVIN last name Trust using his social security number. I've tried contacting the IRS with no luck. The deed took a couple of tries because of multiple errors including not listing Kevin but only the spouse. Now it is registered properly with the Trust name although they say the sales date was 11/24/2025 and not 12/05/2025. Any advice? The Trust was registered in FL several years ago but our current primary address is in NC. Location: Florida
