Airline retire at 50

Hi, after 20 years, I’m retiring next year from my current job with full flight benefits for life. I do plan on working on another field that is not airlines. I have a Roth 401K that I don’t know what to do. Do I leave it alone until I’m 55? or roll it over to my next job ?

Any advice is welcome.
