Anyone have a quick solution to "You aren't allowed to log in from this location. Reference: Failed IP/DNS check"

They tried https://lastpass.com/unlock but no luck, especially since they are a LastPass Business account and this message appears on that page, "To change LastPass Business country restriction policies, contact your LastPass administrator."
