Seamstress or Tailor in the area?

Am looking for recommendations on a seamstress or tailor in the area. Basically have a pair of pants that have a straighter hip and would like to find a way to get the hip to fit a women’s hip cut via adding elastic or a zipper of sorts. Any and all recommendations welcome!
