best modpack to build in survival

hi, my friend and i are looking for a modpack mainly to build (and, if possible, explore) in survival, with the most recent version of minecraft possible

the modpack would need to contain at least a jetpack or a similar way to fly easily

do you have any recommendations?

thank you in advance
