Peed the bed

This morning around 6am I woke up having wet the bed. The sensation woke me up and so I went to the bathroom to finish. This has not happened since I was a child and I am a bit worried. I wake up just about every night around 3am to pee, so that part isn't unusual. I have had a lot of anxiety the last 7 days, but other than that things are normal. I don't drink alcohol.

I have a longstanding fear of a brain tumor, so this is this first place my head goes (I know it isn't rational). Is this something that needs a workup? What could it be?
