Why are young people dying from heart attacks ?

I’m hearing everyday about young people (25-35) dying from heart attacks every single day due to stress / low blood pressure and things like that and it actually freaks me out.

My dad told me that these events happen rarely when he was younger. Is the modern lifestyle could me the main cause ?
