Mediation Next Week

First round (hopefully only round) of mediation is happening next Monday for me. I’m So overwhelmed that I’m numb. We’ve been separated 9 months and yet emotionally I feel like I’m starting back at square one as the date approaches. I feel my son and I have become a burden to our support team and that we’ve been stalled for 9 months. The loneliness and reality of being single again are hitting me like a ton of bricks. Everything I never wanted is happening and there’s no stopping it. Praying that goodness and peace are ours going into 2026. 2025 has been hell.
