Cant renew my global entry
Any idea why a Global entry program is not available?
I'm not a US citizen but I had a Global entry and I just need to renew it which expired on April, 2025 and the renewal limit is within 2 years. And yet, the website does not have any options but SENTRI program which doesn't make sense. SENTRI program is only meant for Mexico and I live in Asia. How come there is no option for Global entry? This must be an error.
Yes, I already have Membership ID OR PASSID but since I'm out side of USA, there is no way I can call them.
