Im worried

Right now im currently on invega sustenna. Now im getting irregular periods, high prolactin, bones hurting and was already going to change to risperidone 1 mg. Im concerned that my psychiatrist might change me to abilify since it help with prolactin levels and I've heard that drug can cause brain damage since its a partial agnostic and messes with your chemicals.
