Bringing back D Creator after a hard pause tightening the format, less theory, more proof

I’d started a series called D Creator a while back – the idea was simple:
document the journey of building smart tools for real estate pros, and break everything down so even a busy solo agent could swipe the playbook and use it.

Then life + product + clients happened, and the series quietly stalled.

Now I’m about to restart it with a different rule set:

  • No fluff, no motivational filler – every piece has to include something you can copy, test, or ship the same day.
  • Show, don’t tell – real screenshots, call flows, email copy, CRM views, outreach results, not generic “you should be consistent” advice.
  • Creator first, tool second – even though I build Howdy Analytics / RealTech CRM, the angle will be: “here’s how to get leads, calls, and deals”, not “here’s why you should use my product”.
  • Short, focused episodes – one problem per episode (e.g. “turn cold Zillow leads into warm conversations in 24 hours”), then walk through the exact system used.

Planned formats:

  • Breakdown threads: “Here’s the exact workflow one small team used to go from ignoring their CRM to actually closing from it”.
  • Live build sessions: building real automations/content in public, with constraints and time limits.
  • Result retros: what flopped, what worked, and what got quietly deleted.

For folks here who live in the creator/operator overlap:

  • What would make you actually follow a series like this instead of scrolling past yet another “build in public” post?
  • Do you prefer raw behind‑the‑scenes (messy dashboards, half-finished flows) or polished case‑study style breakdowns?
  • If you were in my place, what’s the one recurring format you’d double down on so it stays sustainable and not just another hype phase?

D Creator is coming back either way, but I’d love to tune it so it’s genuinely useful for people building products, pipelines, and personal brands at the same time.
