Adding devices to Google prompt

In a Google account's settings, in "Security and sign-in", how do you add devices to Google prompt (under "How you sign in to Google")? I have several devices with access to my account: an android phone, an iPhone, and a Chromebook. But the only device showing up in Google prompt is the iPhone. I need other devices to receive the prompt as well.

Note: I've tried other 2SV options, but for certain things, Google only allows access via the prompt method.
