Issue with SD2VITA

Hi all,

I seem to have made a mistake and wanted to see if I can fix my slow SD Card by copying everything on my computer, formatting it and re-copying everything back in (I made sure that hidden folders were also copied), after doing that, putting the SD card into the SD2VITA and booting up the vita again, it said rebuilding database and now everything is gone :/...

Is there a way to fix this without having to basically restart from scratch and lose all the data that I had (games installed and especially save files)?
