Earbuds for work

Some context I work with heavy equipment so I’m around loud environments almost all the time. I’m looking for something that has good ANC and can pick my voice up good for phone calls. I’ve tried AirPods and DeWalt and I liked them but the AirPods didn’t last when I would pressure wash (that’s not the big concern anymore) and the DeWalt people said I sounded far away.

Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated
