Trying to get away from US products

As the title states, I’ve been paying attention to the political climate, and currently looking to get a new phone after my old one got destroyed (I’ve fallen back onto an old throwaway). I am hesitant to go back to Samsung, DON’T want to touch Apple, and ultimately want to get away from US products if possible, but don’t know how. I’d heard this group may be a good place to check, so here I am.
