Christmas gifting?

Hi!

We filed on on 12/22. Our lawyer asked that we provide our bank statement that includes 12/22. Do we need to be worried about the Christmas gift spending? About $2,000 total for 10 family members. Also I didn’t think about tax refunds in WV. Not sure I will get one and if so we have past due taxes we are paying…
