Upcoming work project into college application activities list

Is it possible to put an upcoming (offered) project on the commonapp addtional info section. As ill labled it as ''pending confrimation start date'' since ill start around early next month.

The project offered is important, and i dont want to submit it later and risked it not being reviewed. Or should i submit it later on instead?

Anyone ever done this?
