How do I survive working full-time?

Seeking Advice

The title is a little misleading since I’ve been working full-time for almost 4 years but in an industry that’s very fast-paced and stressful. I’ve been laid off twice due to the companies’ financial issues and quit once due to being put on a PIP by a boss who thought I could never do anything right. I’ve been able to survive at my current job for a little over a year and have won some awards. It’s a slower period now due to the end of the holiday season. HOWEVER when anything goes even a little wrong/poorly, I’m terrified of getting fired or laid off and/or I constantly feel like I’m going to burn out. I’m so exhausted all the time due to work, despite being in therapy and on meds. I just want to cry due to all the frustration I feel.

I’ve thankfully had the opportunity to work remotely for all these years, and I don’t have any kids or pets relying on me so I shouldn’t feel as stressed but I do. I’m stressed all the damn time and by everything and don’t know what to do. I don’t have anyone who can support me financially if I were to quit and I’m trying my hardest to survive at the current company for two years but it is sooo challenging I don’t know what to do. I shouldn’t be so stressed but I always am :(
