Need advice

Hello I recently just graduated from Georgia. I was preparing for EMREE and has realised the difficulty in getting through. Not many of my friends are opting to come back to UAE so I'm not aware of other options I could try in UAE. But can someone tell me what other exams in UAE could lead me to a stable job?
