Alpha Alolan Raichu Question

So, I have seen a ton of 4 star hyper space raichu spawns. I know that even if it shows the kanto one that the alolan one can also show up.

My question is. If I spawn in and see a kanto one, if I do the constant refresh will those eventually become alolan

Or is it like if it’s a cluster of kanto ones they will always be kanto even if you reset
